Consultation and/or Design Options:
Landscape Consult & Design Service - $300.00 - $450.00**
Up to 50 minutes of on-site walk-through consultation. We will put together a simple 8x11 hand-drawn color concept sketch. This concept sketch will be to basic scale with plant and material identification. We also include an itemized quote for HCWG materials and an itemized estimate for bulk materials and labor to be provided by a local landscaper.
** The starting price for landscape design is based on a front OR backyard design of a standard suburban lot. If the client is needing a design for both the front AND backyard or if the lot is oversized the consult/design fee will be higher.
Water Feature Consult & Design Service - $150.00**
Up to 50 minutes of an on-site walkthrough. Initial 8x11 hand-drawn black & white concept sketch with basic dimensions, material call-outs, and existing markers. We also include an itemized quote for HCWG materials and an itemized estimate for bulk materials and labor to be provided by a local water feature installer.
Garden Coach - $100.00**
Up to 50 minutes of on-site walk-through. The best way to think of Garden Coach is “We talk - you take notes”. Does not include a sketch or quote.
Pond Coach - $100.00**
Up to 50 minutes of on-site walk-through. The best way to think of Pond Coach is “We talk - you take notes”. Does not include a sketch or quote.
* The total Consult and Design fee will be due at the time of the initial consultation visit. All concept sketches and quotes will be emailed to the client within two weeks of the initial consultation visit. Additional revisions & visits beyond what is provided in this agreement will be billed at a rate of $100.00 / hour until the time that a financial commitment has been made by the client to HCWG. If a client purchases any regularly priced materials from HCWG in conjunction with a HCWG design within a twelve (12) month period and the total cost meets or exceeds $3000.00 a credit for the consultation and design services paid will be applied to the final invoice up to $300.00.
** Within the Austin area. If the consultation site is over 30 minutes from HCWG add $25.00. Over 45 minutes add $50.00.
HCWG does not offer any direct installation services. However, we do have several local & experienced installers that we can introduce you to. Most of these crews are led by former HCWG employees who have been installing landscapes and/or water features in Central Texas for years. While HCWG is here to help with all your design & material decisions we take no responsibility or liability for services provided by independent installers.
