True blue flowers are beautiful in the garden, but boy is it difficult to find an actually blue flower. That’s why people love plumbago: it’s one of the few true blue flowers! It also sticks to you and your dogs, which can be fun! Make sure to get it in the ground before October and provide extra mulch and water for the first winter, but it’s pretty carefree once established.
