Real butterfly wings are preserved and encased in resin using a proprietary process. Our butterflies are sourced from butterfly farms - supporting small indigenous communities that sustain themselves by butterfly farming, which in turn helps to conserve vulnerable jungles and forests.

FUN! Temporary tattoos from NatureTats! - Austin Based, Woman-Owned!

NatureTats is a temporary tattoo shop with all nature-inspired and beautifully hand-drawn artwork. It is essentially wearable art to encourage self-expression! Our temporary tats are wonderful artistic accessories for festivals, around the house, or even to help visualize future permanent tattoos! They’re always a total hit when gifted, and a wonderfully unique way to add some excitement to parties and events! (HCWG Staff tested & approved!!!)

We are currently a two-woman team based in Austin Texas. We are lovers of all things nature and art. Through NatureTats, we're learning to build and operate a small business, while better connecting with nature and our community.  NatureTats is owned by Allison Wilcoxen & Michelle Bluhm.

Ornaments 4 Orphans $15

My wife, Jamie, and I started Ornaments 4 Orphans out of our love for Christmas and our passion for helping others. We first visited Uganda on a college mission trip. While there, we were struck by the poverty, lack of development, and the people who just wanted a chance to work and provide for their families.

We came back to the states and started a non-profit to help a small orphanage and school. Out of that, we began Ornaments 4 Orphans®. Ornaments 4 Orphans® is a fair trade, social business. We sell handmade products made by artisans in Kenya, Uganda, Peru, and Nepal. All proceeds are invested back into the communities where we work to provide jobs, fight poverty, encourage sustainability, keep vulnerable children with their families and prevent them from becoming orphans.  Wicked Hot Candles was created by 15-year-old Lauren Montemayor of Pflugerville with the help of her Mother Linda Montemayor. While visiting friends in Boston in 2018, we fell in love with the New England area first and first heard the term “wicked” to describe something cool or awesome. One of Lauren’s favorite places is Salem and inspired many of her wax creations.

Lauren is an accomplished artist and specializes in digital art, but also creates clay sculptures, needle felt and traditional oil paintings. Linda specializes in photography and in wax creations and creating art with beads and resin. We both have combined our talents to create unique works of art in both wax and resin.
